This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned leader to oversee operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive a world-class bar team in a cool, upscale setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the bar’s high standards. Collaborate with the creative team to innovate and refine the beverage program. Lead, inspire, and manage a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence. Engage with guests, VIPs, and industry leaders to enhance the bar’s reputation. Monitor budgets, P&L, and operational efficiencies to achieve financial goals. What You Bring: Proven success as a General Manager or similar role in upscale bars or dining. A passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment. Expertise in operational management, team development, and bar/beverage trends. 2. Nightlife/PM Manager - LGBTQ Upscale Bar Compensation: $40/hour (3 nights/week)Location: Hell’s Kitchen, NYC Join a premier LGBTQ bar that prides itself on inclusivity and vibrant nightlife. This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering a welcoming and energetic environment while ensuring smooth evening operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage nightly operations, including staff supervision and guest satisfaction. Cultivate a fun and inclusive atmosphere, acting as a visible presence in the bar. Lead and motivate bartenders, servers, and hosts for peak performance. Handle guest concerns with care, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Plan and execute special events and themed nights celebrating LGBTQ culture. What You Bring: Bar management experience, ideally in LGBTQ nightlife or inclusive spaces. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Availability to work three nights a week, including weekends. A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. 3. Rooftop Nightlife Manager - Modern Hip Hotel Compensation: $75K-$80KLocation: Gramercy Park, NYC Lead one of NYC’s most stylish rooftop lounges at a chic hotel in Gramercy Park. This role combines high-level hospitality, nightlife innovation, and event curation to deliver an extraordinary experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: Oversee nightly rooftop operations, ensuring service excellence and safety. Develop and manage a team of bartenders, servers, and security personnel. Curate exciting nightlife events, promotions, and partnerships. Handle VIP guests and large group reservations, ensuring personalized service. Maintain the rooftop’s upscale vibe, enhancing the ambiance and energy. What You Bring: 3-5 years of bar/nightlife management in trendy, upscale venues. PM Floor/Service Manager - Busy Upscale Bar & Lounge Compensation: $75K-$85KLocation: Midtown, NYC Step into a leadership role at a bustling Midtown hotspot. This position is ideal for an experienced floor manager ready to oversee fast-paced operations and ensure top-tier guest service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise floor operations during peak hours, ensuring smooth service flow. Lead FOH staff, fostering a high-performance team environment. Address guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Assist with inventory control, staff training, and bar maintenance. Collaborate with management to optimize operations and boost revenue. What You Bring: 3+ years of management experience in upscale bar/lounge settings. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Extensive knowledge of mixology, floor management, and hospitality trends. Availability for late nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
